As a single mom and former burned out corporate lady, I've experience how stressful it is to not have a financial strategy to stay on track for retirement and earn enough income to leave your job. I was inspired and surprised to learn that I didn't need to go back to school and 'start over' but instead with a little coaching I could lend my IRA to investors to buy real-estate. I quit my job and grew my portfolio to 7 figures in just 2 years! I loved it so much, I decided to focus on helping others lend their capitol (liquid or not) to real-estate investors and earn double digit returns year-over-year secured by real-estate.
