About me

   As a former single mom and burned out corporate lady, I've experience how stressful it is to not have a financial strategy to stay on track for retirement and earn enough income to leave your job. I was inspired and surprised to learn that I didn't need to go back to school and 'start over' but instead with a little coaching I could lend my IRA to investors to buy real-estate. I quit my job and grew my portfolio enough to be able to quit my job! I loved it so much, I decided to focus on helping others do the same and earn double digit returns year-over-year secured by real-estate. 

I am the founder and CEO of Rose City Holdings, a licensed Mortgage Lending and Brokerage company in the state of Oregon. I grew the business from the ground up starting by simply lending my retirement funds to  fellow investors. We have now grown to a network of over 300 lenders nationwide! We specialize in Bridge Loans, Private Money / Hard Money Loans for Real Estate Investors.
